1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the Purracle application ("Application"), provided by Yelyzaveta Malashchuk ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Description of the Service

Purracle provides users with tools for self-discovery and reflection, including:

  • Virtual Tarot card readings and interpretations.
  • Compatibility analysis and numerological insights (such as the Matrix of Destiny).
  • Daily limits and an integrated system for tracking your reading history locally on your device.

3. Entertainment Disclaimer (Important)

The Application and its content are provided strictly for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. The insights, readings, and interpretations provided by the Application do not constitute professional advice, including but not limited to medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or validity of any readings or compatibility analyses. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the content of this Application.

4. Age Restrictions

The Application is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. By using the Application, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old. We are not responsible for minors who use payment methods to make unauthorized in-app purchases.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The Application offers premium features accessible via recurring subscriptions (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annual plans) or one-time purchases.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We use a third-party service (RevenueCat) strictly to validate receipts and unlock your premium access.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation: Deleting the Application does not cancel your subscription. You must manage or cancel your subscription directly through your Apple ID Account Settings (for iOS) or Google Play Account Settings (for Android). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period.

6. Data Use and Privacy

We respect your privacy. The Application is designed to function without requiring an account. All personal input (such as names and dates of birth) and reading history are stored strictly locally on your device. We use third-party analytics (PostHog) exclusively to monitor app stability and anonymous usage metrics. For more detailed information, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All visual design, text, graphics, interpretations, user interfaces, and software code within the Application are the property of the developer or used under lawful licenses. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Application without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Application's operation or content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Application.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
